RELATIONSHIP/MARRIAGE WAHALA...

Domestic violence in marriage or a relationship, also known as Intimate Partner Violence (IPV) is such that has been on the increase lately and the victims of such are overwhelmingly women.

Globally, women have experienced domestic violence which I call relationship/marriage wahala. Although there are many reasons that may lead to such but it is not enough reason for a woman to suffer such in the hands of her man or husband (my opinion).

Cases of Domestic Violence in marriages or relationships have led to broken marriages/relationships, broken arms and disfigured faces of women as well as their untimely deaths but I tell you, there are some who are still in their various marriages and relationships despite the abuse.

So, my question is this:

• As a man, what on earth would make you abuse your wife/woman irrespective of the love you say you have for her?? 
• As a woman, what would be your reaction or next step towards your husband or man if you find yourself in such situation irrespective of the love you have for him??
